Thank you You guys really do make a difference - I was really worried about him last night, he looked so low. This morning, however, was a very different story - he was a lot brighter. Kas came over to see us, and he was quite a bright and happy little thing - we did a few minutes in the arena, just pootling in the bareback pad and he felt pretty much fine. So now we will just have to wait and see what the next few days bring... fingers crossed it was just a minor thing and he'll be back to normal soon Thank you all so much for the healing and positive thoughts - they make such a difference to both of us.

I saw him last weekend, he was brighter. However as they aren't sure what's going on the vet has recommended that he doesn't do the clinic. I'd like to add my best friend Gary and his family. His mum is in hospital, she's having an abcess operated on. An abcess caused by the neglectful way she was "cared for" when she went in for something completely different. Healing being sent. Then last week, Gary's ex sister-in-law died very suddenly of a heart attack when at home with her children. So healing to them as well, because although some of them are old enough to be responsible, the council says they cannot stay in their home. And healing for Gary and his brother Stephen, who are on their knees over all of this.

Oh how awful - my thoughts are with Gary, Stephen and the children. Sad to hear Small not able to make the clinic - he was such a superstar in June, hopefully we will get to see unicorn though

Poor Gary and Stephen and children - what an awful situation. Small is very confusing - he seems to alternate between ok but a bit quiet and alarmingly flat and looking about 30. I have no idea what is going on But I'll still be at the clinic - I hear there's some Sloe Gin in need of testing!!!

my sympathy to your friends, Kas - that sounds like a horrible situation. Poor Small...can't be much fun for you or for him. Consoling yourself with Sloe Gin sounds very theraputic to me though!
