It's a clinic with me! Kas has very kindly helped to organise it, and it is at a venue in Frittenden. As you may know, I owned a Lipizzaner called Gou who had more physical problems than I care to say, and who took me on something of a journey of learning with regards to helping horses to develop a 'weight bearing posture'. The methods of working him on the ground that I developed along with my physiotherapist were supported by straightness training, and then under saddle by the work of Philippe Karl. I think the critical additional element is feel (I worked with the Widdicombes for many years), and this lead most recently to virtual coaching with Karen Musson which has blown my mind! I teach a fair amount anyway, and have begun to run these more focused clinics. This is my first in Kent, and there is one rider space left, with several spectator slot. There will be theory and discussions which everyone can get involved in. Here is the link to the FB page, www.facebook.com/events/1394131330807571/ and there is more information on my website www.softandsound.org. Please contact me or Kas for more information or to book a place.
