Evening all, I have been giving the boys, this supplement and on the second tub, I can’t comment as yet on the benefits as I am not riding much due to time of year. Tom usually gets the runs during the Winter, this had eased off.
The odd odd thing I have noticed is that, they seem to be a bit more laid back, I thought I was imagining it until I got the human version for my Mother, she has only been on the gel capsules for over a week and appears a lot more chipper!
Does anyone else use Tumeric supplements?

No, not personally but I think I might now lol! Seriously, it seems to get good reviews and I was thinking of trying it for my creaky back. Sounds like it might cheer me up too

It's worth joining the Turmeric User Group on FB, then you'll be able to read the files and make sure any supplement you use is a good one. I think they like these pellets... and it's certainly less faff than making up your own paste. You need to make sure that the level of Curcumin is right. Apparently in quite a lot of commercial preparations it isn't. If it's making the boys calmer maybe I need some for Leon!
