My guys have been barefoot for a few years now and Smokey doesn't usually even wear boots now. But the trimmer says his soles are not exfoliating correctly at the moment and that he has too little wall height.
Trimmer says this is probably a combination of a) being a bit podgy b) living on hard standing and c) not doing enough riding. His solution is just to ride more and maybe turn out on grass every day or make a pea gravel area at the hard standing.
Any comments/dvice?

There you go then! My new farrier was going on about Celeb having thin soles. Nobody has mentioned that for years, and he's rock crunching so they can't be that bad LOL!
