Brilliant pics - looking forward to meeting Cash in real life at the clinic (only 3 & a bit weeks to go - eek!) and catching up with Small & Zorro - and of course breakfast & unicorn

He will indeed, so those of you there ( which seems to be quite a few people ) will be able to meet the little adorable snuffweasel.

He's looking just a bit more relaxed now isn't he? Notice how many 'Splories are going to be at the clininc. Now, I know we've been praying for rain, but maybe sometime around the start of next week we should stop the raindances? There's going to be a lot of people in tents!

Nic, I haven't really decided, but I think Eeldorado is a current favourite...

Just a little picture from today. If I can get some video done I'll upload that later: Seems like he's settling alright...

Small has been using this as a way of prevaricating about coming in....I put the halter on, he turns his head and starts grooming with Cash, with this look of 'can't come in now, busy being nice to Cash'
Way too cute!

Other things we have discovered recently:
Cash loads perfectly, because he is a good and clever pony.
Unicorn is allowed to ride Cash, but he's not sure it's a good idea to go away from me and he thinks it might be a good idea to hurry back to me.
Cash can walk into a puddle and through it when asked - I wasn't going to ride today, but there was a big puddle in the arena and it was too good a chance to miss out on.

He was sooo sweet - I asked him to walk away from the mounting block and he just got a little bit stuck - he was so hooked on to Breakfast! And then we got to the bottom of the arena and he thought it might be a good idea to run back, but it took such a small suggestion to get him to change his mind and stay with me. He really is a poppet!

A bit of video from Sunday. I hate to see myself ride on video, but the pony is doing great, especially considering what is in the background.
Also our Chiro really liked him and after her treatment he is looking to be carrying himself a lot better, which is very good news, but he was very ouchy on his feet today, which is bad news. No sign of anything going on there, but it's close to clinic time and I would like to be sure he will be sound by then.
